any hack options for the Wii Tatsunoko VS Capcom fightstick?

I got a new one and the base and what not is workable but what can I do about changing out the buttons and the joy?

the buttons have no click to them and just dont have the real arcade feel.

the joystick is too loose in the center and just dont feel right.

does anyone have one of these and used other part or know of a site or link to a way to swap them out with the real deal parts?

I usually use happ stuff but I dont think the buttons will clear the case bottom and the joy base for the ultimate's are way to large for sure.

brand dont matter happ sanwa etc. just something that is real so it feels real.

I gotta have the click in the joy and buttons though it just dont feel the same without them.

the buttons are wired like the normla happ so those are easy to swap.

now the joy has a 5 wire harness running to it where my happ just has the same switch's as the buttons.

I am not familiar with sanwa or japan parts and not sure if that is what it is and that is a standard or if I have some weirdo joystick setup on my hands to deal with lol.

any info would be helpfull thanks.

SANWA JLF or Seimitsu LS-32-01 are both drop in replacement sticks for this fight stick. The Seimitsu's 5-pin pinout is reversed though, so you have to put the harness connector on upside down. I put an LS-32-01 in mine, 5 minute job. Not sure if the case is tall enough for HAPP buttons or a stick for that matter but if you've got parts at hand it's pretty easy to find out.

Tip: Search YouTube for clips on how to mod it.

I have the regular Wii fight stick. The buttons and joystick are too close for my taste. I was thinking of taking out the guts and putting them in a custom case. Let me know what parts you end up using.
