PacLED64 Problem - Help!
« on: May 01, 2012, 04:31:29 am »
Hi All,

I just purchased and set up a PacLED64 board with Ultimarc RGB Leds etc.

All has been going fine for a week or so, then this afternoon windows 7 (64 bit) said 'USB device has malfunctioned'.

Since then there is no activity from the PacLED, it is not recognised in windows, the supplied software or LED Blinky.

I have tried everything, from changing USB and power cords to restoring my PC back a few days.

Any ideas?!?  :)

Thanks,

Luke

Have you emailed Andy at Ultimarc?  He likes to handle these sorts of things personally.

Did you have any thunderstorms or anything while your cabinet was powered up?  Could've fried it.
