Widescreen bartop
« on: April 16, 2012, 03:53:25 pm »
I've been kicking around doing a bartop, after Andy at ultrimarc released his classic RGB's i've decided to go for it. Here is my cardboard prototype it's been widened and stretched just abit to accomade at 21.5" 16:9 lcd.  It's large enough now that it can barely be called a bar-top

It's 19.75"wide X 22"high X 16.5"deep

I will not start cutting till atleast this coming weekend I want to wait till I get my hardware from newegg, ultrimarc, paradise arcade & Groovy Game Gear to makes sure i don't have to enlarge it anymore.
If anyone has any input please by all means fire away. I know i need to adjust the top panel so the marquee area is the correct size.
