CPO Artwork - Controls Dimensions

Does anyone have dimensions for the controls that they use when creating artwork? For example, I have a 3" trackball on its way from GGG. But what diameter would you use to design around? 

The 3 dimensions I am looking for are 3" Trackball, Happs pushbutton (including the collar size) and joystick dustwasher (spitfire from GGG).
