For those of you with angled TV's in your cabs, how'd you support them?  L-brackets enough to keep them from sliding off?  I think I recall someone using rope to hold it in.  I'm thinking of going with the Midway 45 degree angle (loosely based on Lucid's design), and I don't wanna hear a *crash* and *tinkle* in the middle of the night.
