If you are using a setup like mine that have more than one display (4) and like to use a particular monitor for games, you always have to go into desktop settings and switch primary to a monitor of choice.
I have found a tiny utility that solves this problem. You can run this in a batch file before you start an application or front end, and it will make whatever monitor primary (for Mame or video).
