semi-gloss clearcoat for protecting paint and artwork?
« on: January 20, 2012, 11:48:29 am »
I recently received the excellent artwork done by Opt2Not, and had it printed on adhesive vinyl.  Having applied the artwork, I want to protect the paint and artwork.  I've heard that clear coat is a good thing to use for this.  I'm looking for recommendations for what to use.  I keep hearing that clear coat is typically glossy, but I really would like a semi-gloss finish.  Is there a semi-gloss clear coat product?

Thank you.

Is the artwork laminated?

I don't believe so.  I just had wallhogs.com provide a vinyl printout with adhesive.  It feels very much like plain vinyl.
