Advice on frontend

Hi guys,
I've seen a lot of frontends for mame, but I'm unable to chose ..
Knowing that I want it:
- to be fully automatic from the switch on of the pc till the games options appear;
- to be the most bug free;
- to show some screenshoots of the game (or video):
- to have only the options up, down and go (start);
- to be able to be configured for the start of games (game by game or default);
- to be able to play mostly the old classics (80's and 90's);
I'de like you guys with experience to advise me on wht to chose regarding S.O. and frontend.
Thanks,

First, frontends should be in the SOFTWARE category.
Second, you haven't specified your computer's requirements. Are you running Windows, DOS, Linux, Mac, or other?
