Merit scorpion stinger dartboard

I have a scorpion stinger dartboard with an rdp-01 motherboard and the strobe #1 which is the numbers 9, 14, 11,8,16 single, double, and triple plus the bull’s eye will not register. I tried the contact connection of the end connector of the matrix board but still no-go. If anyone has some other ideas I would surely try them out.
