photoshop question and a street fighter id

hello byoac frineds

ive just bought photoshop and im kinda new so i just wanted to no if anybody noes how to get the sun effect in this picture





also does anybody no where the images are refecance from? and does anybody no where i can find the capcom logo under the controll pannel

any help will be greatful and thanks in advance

There are literally lots of ways of making the sun effect.

If you wanted it similar to that side art.
First make a rectangle with the rectangle tool - use transform to change the perspective [ie thick one end and thinner the other]

Then use the select tool and fill it with a gradient [obviously orange colour one end and yellow the other]
Then duplicate this layer and position them in a sun looking formation.

BUT that is not how i would do it -

Capcom Vector logo, so you can scale it to whatever size you want.
