I've been calling and emailing this website several times over the last month, but get no response. Does anyone have any experience buying from, or even communicating with, this website? Is this another case of an outdated website for a now-defunct enterprise? Or is the guy just busy right now?

Specifically, I'm wondering if anyone has purchased one of their replacement CRT tubes, and how it has worked out for you.
