It's not censored. It's fighting to get you to click on what it thinks you will click on to make someone some advertising money. It isn't saying "Iraq war is over", it is saying "groupon for 3 cheeseburgers" and then "Iraq war is over" because it has seen that you are more interested in fatty foods.
