EmuMovies Download Service and AVI [Video Snaps]

About 6 months ago the decision was reached for EmuMovies to eventually change to a singular video format (mp4) sometime in 2012.  At that point AVI's were being phased out first.  Since then it has become apparent that there are some front-ends that are still popular but are no longer being actively developed that this would affect.  In order to continue to support those users we have added on the fly conversion from our master MP4 sets to AVI within the download service utility itself.



A multi core processor is recommended as the encoding does tax the processor a bit.  As a test [see pic] i downloaded N64 AVI's and the download and conversion took about 6 minutes total on my I7.

I hope this pleases the Maximus, Mala and Mamewah users out there :)
