Am using plasti-kote on what I thought was meticulously-prepared Out Run side and the finish is crap on all colours. I have never had a prob with the brand before, garage is at least 19c, any ideas?

I'm not enough of a paint expert to figure out what "crap" describes in this context. What do you mean by crap? Is the paint peeling off? Bubbling? Crazing?
