Best mame for windows xp

I don't want to use mame32, but I don't know about many of the other mames. Can someone point me to a good one that will run on xp

Don't use Mame32.

You might want to download .73 instead of .74, since .74 only adds a few clones and mahjongs, and it removes a half dozen fairly popular games.
