iPac users: do you get key-repeat in CPWizard?

I can scroll down CPWizard's info screens by holding the appropriate key in any keyboard, but not when using my cab joystick, which interfaces with the PC through an iPac.

Is this an issue with the iPac?

Curiously, I can scroll down the game list in Hyperspin with the cab by just holding the joystick, so HS somehow gets around that limitation.
