overscan in tv-scrat to vga

Hi

I made a VGA cable SCRAT TO instructions. I plugged in television, there is a problem. Be default my TV needed little adjusting. Some games missing part of picture, overscan or even underscan (image not strecthed enough).
 , A video card that I use is ARCADE VGA 2
 Does anybody have any solution? :-\
