I'm not sure any LCD panel maker (and there are surprisingly few) has ever made a 4:3 panel larger than 21" diagonal. I've certainly never seen conventional consumer-market products bigger than that.
There were some 4:3 plasma display panels (PDPs) made, but the smallest I know if is 32", and those haven't been made in years. I'd expect any you'd find second hand at this point would be in pretty bad shape given the tendency of those early plasmas to burn.
I don't think ANY manufacturer is still making new CRTs. Chung-hwa picture tubes held out for a while after the others stopped, but I think even they've stopped now. Basically, anybody who still has new CRT monitors in stock is selling new old stock.
