What is singe?   Is it the Daphne related program?

It's built around Daphne and makes the light gun games more like the original arcade versions by adding coin input and the original score overlays.
It can also play time traveller and some kind of old vhs tape based games.
(singe is taken from the name of the dragon in dragon's lair)

There's some more info in this thread, but the links to the singe section of the daphne forums don't seem to work anymore:

Check out the command line options for Daphne here. There are various graphics related options you can try.

I don't know anything about Singe but if it's this there is a timetraveller.bat with the following line:

Code: [Select]
@daphne.exe singe vldp -x 640 -y 480 -framefile singe/timetraveler/frame_timetraveler.txt -fullscreen singe/timetraveler/timetraveler.singe
That would be where you could add the command line options.
