RAGE -- new light gun?

I was watching Breaking Bad this week and last and it had someone playing Rage with a wireless handgun controller.

I've read a few articles and ID is not confirming or denying that this is going to be a real controller for the game.

Do any of you know anything about this?

I haven't seen the show, but there's the crossfire for Wii which is completely wireless.
