Empty Nest! Woot!

I got back from taking my son to college last night. Now both my kids are gone, woohoo!

The down side is that now I have two kids in college and am therefore broke.

It is worth it. :) We have been that way for about a year now (but with just 1). My wife had her kid in high school (not my biological son but I have raised him since he was a month old) and we had never lived together without him around. It is great. He visits and then goes home. :)

You should have made him stay at home - to flip burgers to pay for his education.

You value your education more, and it makes you more independent.

Eh I'm still waiting for the Superior re-launch of The Golden Girls.  It will be especially interesting considering half of the cast is dead.  :D
