Hantarex Polo screen corners are flickering

Hi,

I have a Hantarex Polo 28" 15KHz monitor fitted in my cab with an Arcade VGA/JPAC setup.The Picture is sharp and colours are good , however there is a very slight flickering in the first 2-3cm of all four corners of the screen (bottom right the worst) .This is noticeable when running in native and interlaced resolutions.

Ive checked the grounding points on the monitor chassis/monitor cable and they all look ok ,  and fiddled with the v hold on the remote board.

Any ideas how to fix this ??
