I have this Wells-Gardner 25K7401. As you can see on the picture, the screen is streched on a side and squeezed on the other.

Do you think this is only bad caps?  I just looked at it lately so I don't know if it was always like that or not.

Any idea on what could cause that strech?

Any info would be greatly apreciated. Thanks!

You have vertical linearity problem.  Change all the 600 series electolytics in the vertical section of your monitor.
