ArcadeVGA and Advmenu setup problems
« on: September 04, 2003, 01:53:54 pm »
Is anybody out here running an ArcadeVGA card with Advmenu?  I have an advmenu.rc file that works with my arcade monitor but if i lose this file and advmenu creates a new one the frequency is lost and everything comes out all garbled.  If I try to run advv or advcfg I get an error about setting up h/v/sync.

Has anybody seen this.  I like the feature of Advmenu as a frontend unless somebody likes a better front end that they might recommend.  I am currently running a 25" Sega arcade monitor, ArcadeVGA, dos (windows 98).  I guess I am trying to keep the front end in dos for performance issues.  I have seen ArcadeOS, but the design didnt really fancy me.  Look at me, I have to be picky!  ;D
