Its edge lit engraved plexi. I basically routered out a face for it out of wood, and now I think the best way to secure it is to glue it to the wood. What should I use?

got a pic? does it need to be reversible (able to remove the plexi to replace a lamp or something)?

Nah, not reversible, the LEDS are going to be glued in place. I'll post pics later when I update my build thread. For now, I am just wondering if I should use plain wood glue, or something else.

Try a thick cyanoacrylate that will fill in any gaps in the wood. (Super Glue)

Another possibility - clear or black silicone caulk.
