I'm about a third of the way through the game and I really like it. It's NOT a GTA game, which seems to be what some people complained about if they didn't know a lot about it.
That said, the pacing is really cool, the missions/cases have been really interesting so far, and its almost a modern take on a point-and-click adventure in some ways. The facial animation is like nothing I've ever seen before in a game, and I already get the feeling that it will spoil me on other games. This technology has to move into all AAA game titles in my opinion.
The city looks great, and does a lot to feel alive. I'm hoping to find some time over the holiday weekend to get some more time with it. I'd recommend it.
