Well the first problem I have is mamewah starting up in 640x480 INTERLACED.... owww..
Probably the resolution you were using before for mamewah is missing now, choose another one (you'll have many available), or if you really need that one you can add it too (more on this below*).
First off, what should I be refering to these drivers as? Do they have a name they are referred to so I can search?
I labelled them as "CRT_EmuDriver" to avoid referring to them as hacked or patched or whatever

There is a brief explanation in the site where you downloaded them, I still need to write a proper documentation in English, this is the Spanish site:
http://postback.geedorah.com/foros/viewtopic.php?id=1424However, inside the VMMaker.ini file you have some explanations in English that will help.
Second, is there a way to configure it to use TRI-Sync monitors instead of straight 15k? My Monitor supports for 15k to 31.5k (Actually a little higher, it does 800x600 but not very clear)
Sure. Open and edit VMMaker.ini, change the MonitorType option to "D9200" (it's "CUSTOM" by default). Also edit the MameExe field to point your Mame executable path. Save, and run VMMaker.exe, that will genate the video modes needed by your monitor. If everything goes right, restart the system.
Then choose D9200 in mame.ini too and run GroovyMame.
*At this point, run Arcade_OSD to check the video modes that have been installed. See if any of them fits mamewah. Otherwise, create the mode you need by adding it in the ReslList.txt file and repeating the above process (run VMMaker, restart, etc.)
Good luck!
