video problem with mamewah
« on: August 27, 2003, 11:35:42 pm »
When I start up Mamewah for the first time on my mini cab it loads but i have a mostly grey screen.  I see the boxes where they are supposed to be and the bottom says no game available and i see teh main options box, but all the options are in an invisible text so that it will not show.  I can still selelct them, but i do so blindly.

Any idea whats up.

Have you tried unzipping the layouts.zip in the mamewah directory? I had the same problem when I first installed it.

Also, you didn't network across mamewah did you? You might wanna try a fresh install.

Isometric Bacon is right I suspect - make sure you unzip 'LAYOUTS.ZIP' to the MAMEWAH installation folder, and also tick 'Use folder names' if using WinZip (or equiv.)...
