PS1/PS2 Use on Neo Geo console

HI I was wondering if anybody can point me in the right direction of getting a tutorial on
hacking one of my Playstation controllers to use it on my Neo System. I cant find the
joypad converter and I just have no knowledge on finding what I need Any help is greatly
appreciated.

The Neo Geo pad doesn't use an encoder on it's PCB. So you should be able to solder directly onto the pad from the PSX pad. See HERE for help.

I think he wants to go the other way, use a PSX controller on a neo geo?

Thank you for the Help guys, What I winded up doing is I bought a neo joypad converter and a mas arcade stick w
a Cthulhu for PS3 with Happ 360 stick and Have no idea how to get the neo converter to work with the ps3 cable
should I look to splice the controller cable or is usb to the db15 neo port
