Skill Stop Monitor Issues

I recently found this cabinet and the monitor is having some issues. Any help? I don't see a chassis sticker on it.

As you can see the top edge is doubled over a little and the top left corner is black, sometimes the top right too. Tuning it didnt help at all.

Looks like a Wei-ya chassis. Sometimes labeled/branded as Huai I Electronics or Eygo or Promax.
Huai I Electronics is the parent company of Wei-ya. Eygo and Promax were the USA resellers of Wei-ya monitor chassis and monitors.

Could this be a tube or gun issue? You reckon recapping the chassis might fix it?

Appears to be chassis related. It's old enough to need recapping.

Yeah, that's why I wanted see a better pic. There is that one weird issue (black blob) like that that can be caused by a bad cap. Not seen often, but does happen. Just not sure what cap it would be specifically on a Wei-Ya like this one.
