LEDBlinky off hotkey
« on: April 09, 2011, 02:25:33 pm »
I'm new to LEDBlinky, and I wondering how to setup a hotkey so if I'm in the frontend I can turn off all lights. If I move a control or start a game after that it should work as normal, so I'm not trying to disable LEDBlinky, just be able to turn off the lights on demand.

You can create an animation with a single frame that has all the LEDs off. For this example we'll call the animation allOff.lwax. Then from the hotkey script send the command:

<path>/ledblinky.exe allOff.lwax SingleLoop

If you just want the LEDs to turn off when your rig is not in use, then you could assign the allOff animation as the screen saver (assuming your FE supports a screen saver mode).
