Got my hands on an industrial CNC machine.

I have access to a friends industrial cnc machine. He told me he would need the drawings in cad format to feed into it.

Does anyone know where I can get my hands on some drawings?

I have made a cabinet myself by hand but I'm not happy with the finish of it and now I've got the chance to get it professionally cut for free, I want to start all over.

What file type does he need for his input?  AutoCAD?  If you have successfully used any vector drawing programs at all (visio, sketchup) you can do cab parts in autocad. They are simple plans even if you are going to rout dados, etc. At one point AutoCAD LT was $99 but that was many years ago.

I was hoping to download some plans, I havent got the time to learn how to use CAD

I haven't been here long but I haven't run across any CAD drawings of full cabs.  I have seen a lot of sketchup, and a few drawings of discrete parts.  if there is a particular type of cab you like taito, dynamo you could search for that. if you can find a vector file you may be able to open it with/import into AutoDesk design review, or whatever they call their free viewer right now, and save as *.dwg.  good luck.  Sketchup will export to dwg, but you may need the pro $ version.
