Angle of Dangle?

I was wondering what the best angle for the monitor would be. My Cab will be made for 2 people so cramping should not be a problem. I have not found a definitive theory to this topic yet, so I was wondering what you guys thought?

I think I've made mine like 10 - 15 degrees off vertical.

If you ever plan on using a light gun, you will want to keep the
angle small.
