DIY Marquee what paint
« on: February 23, 2011, 07:21:47 pm »
Don't quite know what sub-forum to put this one in.  I am currently building a Analog Modular Synthesizer with a video game theme.  For the case that is.  Anyways I want to do my own marquee painted on the back of plexiglass.  Has anyone done this themselves or know what type of paint they used in the 80's?  I don't do the things the easy way so just photoshoping one and sending to be printed is not an option I want.  Thanks!

I think the original ones were silk-screened to the glass. Others were pictures behind the glass.
