Act Labs USB gun Mame Cursor Epsxe

I got an act labs usb gun and i was wondering how to remove the mouse cursor in lightgun games

I also want to know how to get the lightgun to work in epsxe because the screen flashes after each click causing 2 flashes which screws up the timing
