Identifying 1 vs 1 fighting game from 199x

Hi I don't remember what was the title is. There is a Street Fighter Clone with a stage about "team transport helicopter on the ground with soldiers". After losing the round the copter flew out. And the game already has a Blanka-clone if my foggy memory is correct. And another stage placed in a stable or something like this.
