The D9200 comes with a power cord, one end has a 4 wire white plastic connector that plugs onto the monitors controller board, the other end plugs into a standard house three prong grounded outlet. There is no power switch on the D9200 so when it is plugged into a "HOT" power source it just turns on. Some people plug it into a power strip and use that for their power button, some into a switched outlet.
Recently the BITS SMARTSTRIP was reviewed by Kevin of RetroBlast, I'm sure if you do a quick search you can find his thread. Basically the BITS is a pretty cool power strip. Plug your PC's power coard into the controller port of the smart strip and than everything else, Marquee light, monitor, speakerc etc... into the other outlets. When your pc's power button is pressed or turned on, it automatically juices up the pother compinents plugged into the strip. when you power down your PC the strip detects it, and turns everything else off. The strip sells for around $30.00 and reviews have been pretty good so far.
Hope that helps...
