Candidate for "vectoring?"
« on: August 21, 2003, 04:51:24 pm »
I was cleaning up my hard drive and found this pic.  I thought I'd post it incase someone wanted to vectorize it.

Well if you do it, perhaps you can straighten out Chun Li there. She looks a lil lop-sided like she's got the whole Orchid thing going on.

What's the 'whole Orchid thing'?

That would actually make some kickass sideart.

Orchid as in B. Orchid from killer instinct.  That's called perspective man, although you want them to they don't stick out and point right at you regardless of the angle. ;)

I've got a TON of capcom stuff like that.  It might make nice sideart, but it's been done to death.  Mainly because such nice concept art exists.

I would like to see someone make a mk 5 cabinet (as it will never be released in the arcades.)

Finished with this one.  Thinking about doing some original artwork for once. ;D We'll see how much free time  I have to spare.  I did change some of the anatomy in the pict. But to be honest most of the girls in the pict are a little mis-proportioned.

Thats great!

I am looking forward to seeing your original artwork too.

----

Also, I would like to see some Darkstalkers vectors, Guaro: Mark of the Wolves, MK would be nice I agree.  I suppose my list could go on and on though ;)

----

By the way?  Are ya'll doing this with your mouse or do you have one of those fancy tablet pads with the pen/pointing divice?

Will be creating new artwork with familiar characters in differ situations, ie fighting, standing.

If I had the money for pen and tablet I would definetly use one. But I am stuck with my nice $12 3button scroll wheel optical mouse. It is much better than the old one button optical I had. Still saving up money to fix my arcade machine, ie buttons , t-molding. ;D

Very nice indeed, I might just use that.
