With the exception of golden tee, primal rage and KI you guys couldn't be more wrong with your complaints.
(I'll ignore the console-based posts as they weren't supposed to be in here)
Fighters are awesome, they saved the arcades in the mid-90's (and killed them, but hey nobody's perfect). You can't say a genre sucks just because you don't care for it. Regardless, fighters have never been really popular in the US except for that small time in the early 90's.
Bad Dudes might be the greatest/worst game ever created. I mean you and your friend go around wearing matching outfits all oiled up to akwardly punch and kick not only ninjas, but Karnov to save the president. What's not to love?
All MK games are awesome, but some are better than others. I would gladly admit that mkII is the best one, but UMK3 is the second best. The difference between 1 and 2 is like the difference between sf 1 and 2 (sf1 was barely a game). While mk3 was down-right terrible, because they removed the best characters, umk3 fixed it by putting them back in. Still not as good as mkII, but that's a long way from sucking.
I've gotta agree with jim on this one... as far as arcade games go the popular ones don't suck... the ones that do suck were never popular. It makes sense really. Unlike TV, arcade games have the most direct consumer approval system. If it sucks, people don't put their quarters in it and thus they don't make any more and it isn't popular. Golden tee can be simply written off as not a real arcade game though. It's a sport simular they put in sports bars.
