Plasma screen buzz?

I was looking at an apparently malfunctioning plasma TV today. Power led lights; nothing on the display; there's a hum from the rear, upper-right corner when looking at the back of it. Does this ring a bell to anyone? Is it worth trying to fix?

Check the caps on the power supplies. Especially if it's an older plasma, they get hot and fail quickly, and they're often underspec'd to begin with.
