Divineo's rude customer service
« on: February 01, 2011, 11:24:16 am »
Quote from: me
Comment: I would like to purchase 3 "X3 IR USB KITs".  On the product page it says "In Stock" but when placed in cart, even 1 gives this message:

"This product is not available in the requested quantity. 1 of the items will be backordered."

Response
Code: [Select]
That's because we only have 2 in stock.
They must have misunderstood so I tried to clarify.

Quote from: me
If I enter 2 it says 2 will be back ordered.

Well I guess you're out of luck then...
If there's bees in the trap I'm catching em
By the thorax and abdomen
And sanding the stingers down to a rough quill
Then I dip em in ink, and I scribble a bit
But if it they wriggle then I tickle em until they hold still
Lemme say it again
In my land of pretend
I use bees as a mf'n pen

  • Yeah, owning a MAME cab only leads to owning real ones. MAME just isn't good enough. It's a gateway drug.

Divineo is an odd company that's overpriced and spams the crap out of your inbox.  I also like how if you jump around to their various "country specific" websites you can find all kinds of illegal devices.   ::)

What's odd about a company selling items where it's legal to do so?  Amazon does the same thing.

Amazon.com sells plenty of things to Americans that Amazon.de can not sell to Germans, including violent video games and any item with a swastika on it.  Is that somehow different from what divineo is doing?
