cant find 139 catver.ini or controls.ini 139

hi, anyone know where to find the .ini files for version 139.. all the .ini files on the webpage that the MaLawiki uses are the latest which differs from my rom set.  or dose it matter with the .ini files.

still learning the Mala configuration but so far im happy with it. thanks lordman for keeping it up.
aww MaLa v1.73 ( 1.7.3.0) was my first front end heh.. blush.

guess i should mention the file names, i need:

 139 catver.ini (adds game genre information)
 139 controls.ini (adds game control information)

not sure what nplayer.ini ...  also i have the 139 history.dat
