ArcadeVGA 3000 PCIe - Which mainboard?

I previously thought that there were something wrong with my ArcadeVGA card, but it seems like it is a conflict between my Asus P5QL-CM mainboard and the ArcadeVGA card.

I am wondering if anyone can recommend a mATX-mainboard for Intel socket 775 that works well with the Ultimarc ArcadeVGA 3000 PCIe card?
