Midway Start Button
« on: January 07, 2011, 11:38:00 am »
Greetings All,

New to forum and new to classic arcade.  i am finishing the wiring for a PAC-MAN cocktail I'm building.  Got the classic Midway start buttons, which have terminals marked "A", "B",  "C".  I'm assuming that "C" is the Ground, "A" is always open and "B" is always closed?  Can any confirm or direct me otherwise?  Thank you in advance!

Welcome to the world of tomorrow.....

That out of the way.

Just try it one way and see.

Or buy a multimeter. It's a worthwhile investment. I got a reasonably nice one ay wall world for less than 20 bones.

Solid advice SavannahLion.  Funny how sometimes new things tend to make you forget you can figure it out yourself.  Got the multimeter out and C tested ground, A closed, and B open.
