If you want free snaps and can't find them anywhere, you could always sit down for a couple hours and make them yourself by taking snapshots in the emulator. You might even be able to get autohotkey to do it.

They are there. Snaps are free.

Might not be on the site but they are available from the download service utility. I should know ;)

I found this site the other day.  I haven't actually downloaded anything yet, but it looks like it has complete sets for most of the systems out there.
