Question about measuring for the monitor bezel

I'm noting my measurements and saved them in the doc which is provided on the website.  Do I measure to the "viewable" area of the monitor, or to the black trim along the outer edges?

The 25" monitor bezel, trim to fit, then measure for the sticker bezel?
