KTN-2001 screen from hell

So I bought a KTN-2001 for a cent cab from arcadeshop.com but it's now strobing and rolling white vertically. I've recapped it,
rebuilt the AR2 board, rebuilt the power bricked, swapped centipede PCBS to no avail. Any suggestions?

check ur sync/gnd connections .  u have no vert sync lock....
