Vesa Mount or Custom Wood Mount
« on: October 01, 2010, 12:18:54 am »
I noticed a lot of people have just made their own "wall" mount when mounting LCDs in their cabinet.  Is it pretty simple to do or would it be worth getting a Vesa mount for cheap?  I have seen mounts on monoprice and ebay for $5-10.  What are your guys' opinions?

If you use a vesa wall mount you still have to put in something to mount it to.   If you use a vesa desk mount it takes up space and need a shelf. A board with vesa spaced holes is made the right size for your cab and only costs about a dollar.
