Help a newbie identify monitor.
« on: September 28, 2010, 08:28:43 am »
Hello all, just purchased an Ultracade cabinet which I want to convert to Mame.  I have a couple of monitor questions, any help is appreciated.

Can you help me figure out what monitor I have?  I have found the following info from nosing around with a flashlight:

JS270104-2192
Sony-R JS Dual Scan
Also seems to be a cable labeled "15k / 25k switchable connector"

My other question is that with an ArcadeVGA card am I better off running in 15k mode or is 25k ok?  The Ultracade computer has the medium resolution adapter plugged in so I am assuming that the monitor is currently set to 25k and I am not sure I am confident enough to try and mess with the main board (with the risk of electrocution that is

Thanks in advance.
