Halloween decoration ideas
« on: September 14, 2010, 01:28:37 pm »
Im super bored at work with nothing to do, so I thought I would start planning on decorating my house for halloween. I really want it to rock, because this is my first house so I can finally decorate how I want to. I have a really cool tree in the front yard, its a pretty big front yard, the driveway curves around into the garage, and I have a REALLY big shrub right on the corner of where the garage begins. Hard to explain without pics but its a cool front porch for a type of bottleneck way to decorate. I want to go undead/zombie/graveyard theme. Tombstones, fog machines, skulls, a ton of jack o lanterns, you name it I want to do it.

Any ideas send em my way! Thanks!
Pictures are overrated anyway.

Check out Hallowindow if you have a projector.  A few of us have done this the last couple of years.  It's pretty cool.

+1  I ran Hallowindows last year, although I don't have the right sort of window in the right location of my home. I hung a translucent shower curtain in the opening of the single bay side of my barn. It was awesome.  Then we used it for a Cub Scout haunted hallways I set up. Kids LOVED it.
